The twelve members were elected to the Council in May 2006 and will serve for five years after which fresh elections are held.

The Council meets in the Town Hall Council Chamber at 7.30pm. The meetings are open to the public and Southwold electors can ask questions and comment on agenda items at the beginning of the meeting.

The Annual Town Meeting will be held on: Monday 17^th March at 7.00 p.m.

The Annual Meeting of the Town Council will be held on: Monday 12^th May at 7.00 p.m.

Civic Sunday will be held on: Sunday 18th May at 11.00 a.m.

Charter Fair will be opened with customary ceremony on: Thursday 29^th May at 12 noon.

Remembrance Sunday: Parade and church service: Sunday 9^th November.

August: Please note that there will be no meetings in August unless urgent business or planning matters so require.
